We are proud of the high level results that have been achieved by our group in a number of areas:
Social Audits
- Just Solutions is an SAI listed consultant for SA8000 work. It is not available for ‘quick and dirty’ audits, but relies upon the hard core of convinced companies to engage stakeholders and professionals together in an agreed programme of in-depth investigation under conditions of strictest confidentiality.
- Indicative is the extensive investigation of Bulgarian suppliers on behalf of a leading apparel brand.
- This work resulted in an EU-supported training and remediation project that involved several global brands.

- Management, supervisory and worker CSR-awareness training in Bulgaria for Marks & Spencer.
- Courses on Freedom of Association for corporate compliance personnel of Nike and PUMA.
- Labour rights support project in Colombia.
- HIV/AIDS project coordination in South Africa.

- Developing and implementing best practice 'exit and support strategy' for Nike in Pakistan soccer-ball stitching industry. Training new suppliers for compliance.

Large Project Impact Assessment
Jointly with leading London-based human rights lawyers, Leigh, Day & Co., Just Solutions deploys a capacity to advise governments, multi-lateral institutions, labour unions, NGO's and progressive companies prior to decision on major development projects. Stakeholders are mapped, exposure forums facilitated, risks identified. Only then are strategies created to negotiate the issues, to structure contract and legislative safeguards and to resolve potential conflict before it leads to rights violations and/or civil unrest.
The following skills are embraced within this twin task force:
- International litigation and development of corproate accountability law
- Negotiation of international labour and environmental standards
- Pioneering the movement towards corporate social responsibility
- Training in social and labour compliance for managers, workers and administrators
- Conflict mediation and the facilitation of social forums and monitoring networks

Consultancy & Forum-Building
- High level advisory role in constructing multi-stakeholder governance mechanisms in the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI).
- Participation in Global Alliance trans-Asian impact assessment.
- SA8000 certification control on Freedom of Association for Social Accountability International.
- Consulting to international and regional trade union structures and networks.
